The Fatwa of Christianity

"The world in which you were born is just one model of reality. Other cultures are not failed attempts at being you. They are unique manifestations of the human spirit.--Wade Davis

America really is at war. We are a war with a group of fanatical zealots who wish to destroy everything America and democracy stands for. This is a group of well financed, well armed, well coordinated, and sophisticated maniacs, who will stop at nothing to impose their religious dogma on our way of life. Their priests and their bishops will be our rulers. The rule of law will be supplanted with the rule of the religion. These are not Islamic militants, these are our own home grown christian militants. People whose every action denies their own Christianity. But they are powerful and they are committed to overthrowing our America.

Believe it.

"To the propagandists, the real threat was from ordinary people, who were dreamers, many of them, who imagined a new world in which the dignity of ordinary life was respected and celebrated. Some were wise dreamers and some were foolish dreamers, but they understood the nature of fascism, and they saw through the lies and appeasement.

They knew that the true enemy did not always wear arm bands, and strut, and command great rallies, but were impeccable English gentlemen, who sold out their country to rampant power behind a smokescreen of propaganda that appropriated noble concepts like “democracy”, “freedom” and “human rights” and “our way of life” and “our values”. Their words were echoed by courtier journalists and justified by pseudo-historians, who feared the public’s ability to reason why..."

Does all this sound familiar?

Evangelicals in America: Stopping the Crusade

The third of a three part series on today's Evangelical movement in America.

"...
But it should be clear by now that’s not what the Evangelicals are working towards. The Evangelical agenda is not the conservative agenda. Nor is it the Republican agenda. Their own words, which I haven’t misquoted or misplaced, tell us they want their faith to rule your life and they intend to use the government to do it. They don’t want personal responsibility practice —they want it legislated. They have no pretense of less government —they want more government than ever. They want the kind of government our forefathers left behind in England. They want the government everywhere: in your bedroom, your medicine chest, your television, your hospital room. ...."

"...An old hymn from Thomas Williams is entitled, "Live into Hope"; its words are entirely appropriate for today:
Live into hope of liberty,
The right to speak, the right to be..."

What well spoken words. THE RIGHT TO SPEAK, THE RIGHT TO BE.

Americans must wake up to the very real threat of Christianity. Not the threat of the religion of Christianity, but with the political attack dog of christianity.
