The Bill of Rights, revised edition

The Secretary of State for the United States of America believes it is just fine to jail people before they commit a crime...kiss the Bill of Rights goodbye.

Just in case you were thinking of commiting a crime?

If there is anybody out there who still believes we live in a Free Society, explain this one to me.....
