The United States of America, does it again. Under Ronald Reagan, this country allowed right wing murdering Sandinista's to roam Nicaragua killing all those who opposed their reign. Under George W. Bush, we have right wing murdering Shittes roaming Iraq, killing all those who opposed their reign.
